Mark your calendars for these two Bay Area Husker Events!

June 15, 2013 - Annual Big Red Golf Tournament

By popular demand, we will again be playing again at Los Lagos,  2995 Tuers Road,  San Jose, CA.

Tuers Road is just past McLaughlin Rd. on Capital Expressway, which is just west of Hwy 101 south of Interstate 280 in San Jose.

The Format remains the same as in the past: Four man team Texas Scramble.  Must use each players Tee Shot a minimum of three times. 

We have negotiated a price of $66 per person this year. This include green fee, carts and prizes.

July 14, 2013 - Annual Bay Area Huskers Bar-B-Que

Make your plans now to join fellow Husker fans at our Annual Bay Area Huskers BBQ at Lakewood Park in Sunnyvale on July 14, 2013.

Where: Lakewood Park, 1118 Silverlake Dr., Sunnyvale, CA 94089

Price is only $22.00 for adults and $8.00 for Children 6-11 who receive a large hotdog. 

There will be horseshoes, ladder ball and cornhole/bean bag toss.

There will be a raffle.  Prizes include Husker Gym Bag, 4 Husker Tailgating Chairs, Husker Clothing and other items.  Do not miss out.  Even a special raffle for Chapter Members.

Bay Area Huskers E-News 4-15-13

Nebraskas Bowling Team are National Champions.

 

Congratulations to the Women's Bowling Team as they captured its fourth NCAA title in school history Saturday night, as the top-ranked Huskers defeated Vanderbilt, 4.5-2.5 (211-199, 166-197, 156-169,190-190, 202-182, 246-200) at Super Bowl Lanes in Canton, Mich., in front of a national television audience.

Way to go ladies!
